Booking questions
Before you book.
What counts as one room?
One defined space, like a bedroom, living room or home office. An open-plan living, dining and kitchen area may count as two or three rooms. Bathrooms and closets are separate. If you’re unsure, message me before booking.
How long does it take?
About 1 week for Refresh, 2 weeks for Full Room Design and 3 weeks for Signature Room, per room, starting once I’ve received your questionnaire, photos and measurements.
What does a revision include?
Depending on your package, you can request 1, 2 or 3 rounds of changes per room, such as swapping pieces, adjusting colours or rebalancing the budget.
Are furniture costs included?
No. Your package covers the design. You buy furniture and decor directly from the retailers in your shopping list, whenever you’re ready.
What do I need to get started?
Room photos, rough measurements, your budget, inspiration you love and any pieces you’d like to keep. The questionnaire walks you through it.
Which currency are prices in?
All packages are priced and charged in US dollars. Your card provider will convert the amount if you pay in another currency.
